Plastic Injection Molding Specialists

Our clean, modern Molding Department runs three shifts, five days per week.

Molding machines range from 20 to 385 tons of clamp force. We have vertical and horizontal clamp configurations with the ability of parting line injection. Auxiliary equipment includes central computerized monitoring system, robotic part and sprue removal systems, temperature controllers, chiller system, desiccant material dryers, conveyors and part separators.

Processing includes all thermoplastics and elastomers including PVC and high temperature engineering resins. Molding and assembly within a Class 10,000 Clean Room is also available.

We are actively involved in an ISO Certification Program and expect completion within the coming year. Our plant has recently been expanded by 9,000 square feet which ensures our ability for continuing to provide top quality service.

MOLD MAKING CAPABILITIES / DESIGN CAPABILITIES

Our in-house Mold Making Department uses the most advanced equipment available today, including CNC Milling Machines, CNC Ram E.D.M. and CNC Wire E.D.M. The Mold shop is fully computerized with mold makers cross trained in all methods of machining.

This combination of equipment, talent and creativity, along with our team approach to mold making and continuous in house and offsite training, results in top level quality as well as dramatic savings of time and overall cost which is then passed on to you.
