is proud to announce that we have upgraded to “ Autodesk Moldflow Insight & Adviser 2010 ” Although we have been performing mold filling analyses in-house since 1990, this upgrade to Moldflow Insight 2010 increases result accuracy while reducing computation times and overall cost. Autodesk Moldflow Insight 2010 allows us to simulate the filling and packing phases of the injection molding process to better predict the flow behavior of plastic melts. This helps achieve higher quality manufacturing. We use Moldflow Insight 2010 to optimize gate locations, balance runner systems, evaluate processing conditions, and to predict and correct molded part defects. We can analyze the effects of non-uniform mold temperatures, determine optimized valve-gate timing sequences, and compare flow through hot versus cold runner systems. As a result Moldflow Insight 2010 will help us design better quality parts while reducing scrap. It will also decrease material consumption, reduce cycle times, and allow us to deliver your products to market faster, more efficiently and effectively.
